Parking and Drop-Off:
Regrettably, there are no designated parking spaces available for individuals with disabilities or general car parking in close proximity. Please be mindful that the roads surrounding the venue are marked with double red lines, indicating no stopping, parking, or loading.
Public Transport:
The closest train, underground, and bus stations are all located within 200 meters from the venue:
Vauxhall Underground Station on the Victoria Line
Vauxhall National Rail Station
Both stations have step-free access from the platform to the street. Additionally, Vauxhall Bus Station is in close proximity.

Entrances & Exits:
The venue features two primary entrances, along with a gate on Parry Street leading to the outdoor area, providing step-free access at all times.
The Lightbox main entrance (located under the sign reading "Vauxhall Food & Beer Garden" on South Lambeth Place) offers step-free access throughout the venue via a corridor with a minimum width of 105cm. If wider entry or other access assistance is required, please speak with any one of our door staff, safeguarding team in a pink hi vis or venue staff. This can be arranged through the back gate on Parry Street, leading to the outdoor area.
The Fire main entrance at the corner of South Lambeth Place and Parry Street is not step-free and involves a combination of 2 steps to enter, with a total rise of 9cm and a minimum tread of 30cm. After entering a corridor with a narrowest width of 120cm, there are two additional steps leading to Fire Main, beyond the bar, with a rise of 23cm and a tread of 30cm. If this entrance is being used and step-free access is required, please speak with any one of our door staff, safeguarding team in a pink hi vis or venue staff.
Access through the back gate on Parry Street, leading to the outdoor area, can be arranged.
Sensory Information & Welfare:
There will be use of moving lights, strobe lighting and LED screens along with smoke machines used within the venue. Expect spaces with higher sound levels, so consider bringing earplugs. There will also be more relaxed areas you can sit in. Should you require any support at our event, our fully trained safeguarding team will be made available at all times.
There is also the Sugarplum Sanctuary positioned behind the Cotton Candy cove which will be a quiet and calming space where we will also have members of our team providing tea.
We have a trained medical personnel also available at all times; simply signal a member of the venue security team if you require assistance.
All doorways connecting rooms are wheelchair-accessible, and the flooring comprises either concrete or wooden floorboards inside, with carpeting outdoors.
Cotton Candy Cove (Fire Main)
Toilets: There is one accessible toilet with a 78cm doorway. For access, please request a radar key from venue security staff.
This room has a spacious dance floor area with a raised walkway along one wall, featuring 5 steps on one side with a 23cm rise and 30cm tread. At the opposite end, there are 3 steps with similar rise and tread, followed by a longer platform. The entire side walkway and steps are equipped with a handrail running the full length. There are 2 steps leading up to the bar area with a 23cm rise and 30cm tread. The stage features 5 small, movable steps, each with a 29cm rise and 30cm tread. At the other end, you'll find the main entrance and a secondary cloakroom (for overflow use only), connected by a 120cm wide corridor.
A mezzanine level is at the back of the room, featuring seating with backs and accessible via 10 steps, each with a 26cm rise and 26cm tread, along with a narrow metal handrail. Access to the outdoor area is achieved through a 140cm wide corridor equipped with 3 sets of double doors.
Honey Haven (Fire Lounge)
Toilets: Step-free gender-neutral toilets are located at the back, featuring cubicles and urinals, with a 115cm wide door frame. Gender-neutral toilets with a 10cm step and a 90cm doorway, complete with a door, are also available at the other end of the room.
This room features a dance floor area and bar, along with modular seating featuring backs. Access to the outdoor area is granted through 3 sets of doors.
The mezzanine level incorporates 11 steps, each with a 27cm rise and 31cm tread, featuring a narrow wooden handrail.
Liquorice Lovers Play Space (Mirror Arch)
Toilets: Gender-neutral toilets with cubicles are accessible.
This room a spacious floor area with a bar. Access to the outdoor area can be achieved through 2 sets of doors on one side and through a long corridor on the other side, featuring a 140cm width and 4 sets of double doors.
Bubble Gum Ballroom (Lightbox)
Toilets: Gender-neutral toilets with cubicles and a 75cm doorway are available. There are also female toilets with cubicles and male toilets with cubicles, accessible via a 160cm wide corridor.
There is a slight slope leading into this room from the corridor on the Mirror Arch side. The room boasts a spacious dance floor and LED lights adorning the walls and ceiling.
