Mens Sharing Circle

Within the confines of cultural structures that we often encounter, it can be quite a challenge for Men to find open and supportive discourse in a public setting. This circle is open to anyone who identifies as male and would like to explore what can open up in nurturing positive masculinity in a safe environment, and welcomes anyone new to men's work.

It is completely confidential and extremely rewarding. It is a space that is consciously created by all attending and based around the principles of confidentially, active listening, no deflection with humour and speaking from the “I” to help everyone own and connect with what they are expressing. By sharing authentically and from a place of vulnerability, we give permission to those we are sharing space with to do the same allowing us to feel supported and heard.
