Tickets
To join us, you will need to submit an application. Tickets will be made available to successful applicants on on a first-come-first-serve basis.
There are 3 tiers of tickets available (Euros / British Pounds)*:
Early Bird: 200€ / £167
Tier 1: 220€ / £182
Tier 2: 250€ / £207
Tier 3: 270€ / £224
* This ticket cost excludes the 19% VAT that will be charged when you checkout.
As we are firmly committed to making sure our events are as accessible as possible, we have tried to keep the ticket cost as fairly priced as we can feasibly afford to do so.
We recognise that many people in our community are also facing financial insecurity and so we will be offering a limited number of low income tickets, if you would like to apply for this please email us at hello@pinkypromiseland.co.uk.
Meals
Each day you will be able to eat with your fellow Pinkies as our cooking team will be crafting wholesome, healthy and fulfilling meals throughout the weekend.
This will cost a further 90€ / £75 for the 6 meals* and will be needing to be paid in advance when you buy your festival ticket.
* This cost excludes the 19% VAT that will be charged when you checkout.

Monday - Breakfast
There will also be a food vendor that will be serving up dishes + late night snacks for when you get peckish.
Regarding VAT charge
We want to be transparent about the VAT charge and explain why it is added on top of the ticket price. While many festivals include the 19% VAT within their overall ticket price, we’ve chosen to show you our base festival fee separately. This approach highlights our efforts to keep ticket prices as fair as possible for our community.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to absorb this tax ourselves (as we do for our parties) because ticket sales alone do not fully cover the costs of organizing this festival. We hope this clarification helps provide some insight into our pricing structure for you.
